Odyssée Lumineuse Bordeaux: A Magical Family Experience

From December 12, 2025, to January 11, 2026, Parc Bordelais will welcome the Odyssée Lumineuse for its third edition in Bordeaux. This event transforms one of the city’s most beautiful green spaces into a fairy-tale, luminous world, featuring over 1,000 monumental lanterns and spectacular installations.

The Story of the Odyssée Lumineuse

For the third time in Bordeaux, the Odyssée Lumineuse offers an enchanting path that raises awareness of endangered biodiversity. Inspired by nature and the magic of lights, the route features endangered animals such as the Malayan tapir, the Mandrill monkey, tigers, and the giant Galapagos tortoise.

A Magical Journey for All Ages

Visitors will discover the fairy forest, the valley of dinosaurs, radiant red pandas, magical unicorns, colorful underwater worlds, and the fascinating universe of pharaohs. Along the 1.5-hour path, interactive surprises await, fully accessible to wheelchairs and strollers.

A Unique Show: Chinese Shadow Theater

Every evening, the The Black Finger Company, a French duo internationally recognized, presents a poetic and visual Chinese shadow theater show. Visitors can attend four performances: 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM, 8:30 PM, and 9:15 PM. This show is included in the ticket and perfectly complements the luminous world of the path.
